This package includes all services listed with the visual inspection, and additionally includes:

Run faucets in sinks, tubs, and showers.

Flush toilets and confirm tank doesn’t run.

Adjust thermostat if needed.

Check circuit breaker.

Check garage door openers.

Visual check of cabinets and storage areas.

Adjust windows and blinds as requested.

Start and run vehicles as requested.

Check filters and replace as required.

Run dishwasher, washer & dryer to prevent seals from cracking.

Check smoke detectors & change batteries if needed.
